During Aaron’s early days of hand-delivering checks to REALTORS, loan packages to lenders, and deposits to banks from his little Ford Festiva, he saw so much potential in an industry that was ripe for innovation and improvement. Since then, he’s participated in nothing short of a digital revolution within the industry. During Aaron’s career, the real estate industry has seen document delivery progress from courier to email to portal delivery and now, to the instant, digital delivery of funds and documents at and beyond the closing. Dot matrix printers and MS DOS-based title production systems have been replaced by eClosings, RON and AI. The world of real estate is a much more modern place today than it was when Aaron started.
Collaboration, centralization and digitization have always been key ingredients to Aaron’s blueprint for success. And he strongly believes that they can be applied to any market or any industry.
Aaron has helped dozens of businesses in the real estate world, including tech service providers, digital real estate closing services, centralized operations providers, commercial real estate firms and, of course, multiple full-service title agencies. He has also had numerous opportunities to give back to his communities and help others in need.
Aaron’s businesses are not operational silos. Each uses modern technology and leverages the scalability of centralized resources and operations to achieve a result greater than the sum of its parts. As a result, those firms operate with robust margins. Their clients don’t complain about slow turnaround times. And all of the AMD brands are approached, frequently, by businesses and business owners from any number of industries for suggestions and tips about how AMD improved its own overall process. In the business world, collaboration is a core ingredient for success—not just in the mortgage, title, and real estate industry, but in the entirety of the business world. AMD and its clients have long relied upon that value to achieve sustainable success.
